At SHS, JV and Varsity rarely play on the same night, so you can be a cheerleader for Varsity and still play JV…
Is she good…Time will tell. Like I said, she’s a freshman, AND, she’s a freshman at a school with a State Championship team intact and heading that same direction again, so her playing time is severely limited, by virtue of the fact that juniors are still playing on the JV team, since the Varsity roster is filled with Seniors. I can say that she has basketball genetics on her side. Her Dad was a starter for SHS during winning years and her Uncle played on the boys team that went to state in the 70′s.

The really tall cheerleader is a freshman, and she plays JV….next time mention the really cheerful blonde cheerleader too….!
